Labor Day

Our lives are built on labor, both the labor we do and the labor of those who came before us. The labor of those who came before us and those who are working now gives us houses and roads, bread and schools. Everything from sewers to skyscrapers comes from labor. The ability to labor, and opportunity to keep the fruits of labor, both come from God in the end. Let's thank God for laborers past and present, and for the fruits we get to enjoy.
